A friend of mine from Edinburgh today got of the bus on the way home and went into a petrol station to buy some snacks.
A young bloke was standing near her. He was about 18. He started talking to her and complemented her on the way she looked. Even said she had nice shoes on (even though they were boots). He kept this up the whole time she was there.
She didn't like the feeling she was getting from him.
In front of her was this woman who got served and walk away. The bloke chased her and ask her for a fag. She said no and got in her car.
My friend hurried as quick as she could to get away before the scary bloke came back but it was too late.
He followed her out of the petrol station talking to her all the way. He was scarring her and continued to follow her.
The woman at the petrol station must have seen this and stop and told her to get in.
The young bloke wasn't happy and started shouting "I'm not a rapist or anything".
Sometimes a stranger can be handy. Hate to think what could have happened if the bloke got nasty.
